# OncoLinc

> Founded by world-leading experts in the field of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), Oncolinc has developed special know-how to identify regions of lncRNA that, when targeted by a drug, can cause cancer cells to change themselves in a way that marks them for immune attack. Long thought to be of little relevance to a cell’s inner working, lncRNA are now understood to play a key role in turning off the patient’s anti-cancer response (immunosuppression).
